Together we can look at your lifestyle and identify what fuels your symptoms and explore practical ways to restore balance, energy and confidence. Coaching also supports you in navigating menopause at work and within family life.
HRT and Physical Health
Guidance on the physical aspects of menopause - sleep, energy, hot flushes, brain fog, joint pain. We explore Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) options, discuss benefits and risks, and help you make an informed choice. While I don't prescribe HRT, I provide evidence- based support throughout the early stages of treatment.
Lifestyle, Nutrition and Movement
Small, sustainable changes in diet, exercise and daily habits can make significant difference to hormonal balance and overall health. Together, we can look at your daily routine and identify habits that might be fueling your menopause symptoms.
Emotional and Psychological Wellbeing
Menopause often invites reflection on identity, femininity and body image. I use psychotherapy informed coaching and deep mindfulness techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion and embrace midlife as a time of growth and renewal.
Sexual and Relationship Health
Menopause can affect the relationship between partners, influencing libido, intimacy and emotional connection. Midlife hormonal shift may also alter relational dynamics and communication. At StillMomentum, I create safe and confidential space to help you navigate these changes, addressing range of symptoms such as vaginal dryness and physical discomfort, leading to renewed confidence and closeness between you and your partner.
How the meeting works
Step 1 The initial consultation takes place as a 30-minute call, offering relaxed opportunity to meet, ask questions and explore whether my approach is right for you - with no obligation to book.
Step 2 If you choose to continue, consultations take place on-line via Zoom, ensuring flexibility and privacy wherever you are. Clients based in Prague also have the option of meeting in person.
Step 3 The first full consultation offers calm and confidential environment to explore your symptoms, lifestyle, emotional well-being and the impact menopause might be having on your daily life. Together, we clarify your priorities and goals and create a personalized, holistic plan for your menopause journey.
